1st Ardstraw Boys' Brigade
The Boys' Brigade Company was established in 1976. The officers in the Company during the first year were Tom Wilson (Captain), Stanley Bell, Ken Russell, Robert Wilson, Lorna Button, Kay Marshall and Janet Maxwell.
Since then, there have been many changes and many notable achievements within the company. Our present officers/helpers are Avril Carson, Raymond Finlay, Colin Jack, Alan Kemps, Ann Laird, Kathleen McCrea, Ivor McFarland, Arthur Moore, Hilary Russell, Edward Stevenson, Gordon Watson, Jane Watson and Tom Wilson (Captain). Our President is Mr Tom Bratton and the Elder to the B.B. is Mr Jim Russell.
Meeting Times:
Anchor Boys (Year 2-4) Tuesday 6.00-7.30pm
Junior Section (Year 5-7) Thursday 6.30-8.00pm
Company Section (Year 8-14) Wednesday 7.30-10.00pm
